“It’s always hard to comment such a strange match, because it means we have to divide our performance in two - explained coach Angelo Lorenzetti at the end of the match- In the first two sets and half of the third one we played solidly, showing great attention to little things and expressing our game to its best. While in the second part we suffered the fighting spirit of Monza, an open minded team that never backs down. During the fifth set we managed to return to high levels, especially in defense, and thanks to our serving strategy we earned a victory that allows us to stay in the top ranks.”
Diatec Trentino will complete the first round of SuperLega regular season next Sunday, December 4th, with Molfetta versus Exprivia, starting at 6pm (live streaming on Radio Dolomiti and Sportube.tv). After enjoying a day of rest on Monday the team will start to prepare the match on Tuesday morning.
